Our Woven Rolls are made of VIRGIN materials with the following brief general specifications:
- Fabric width covers, but not limited to 25 cm to 220 cm, double-flat (flat from 50 cm to 440 cm).
- Main fabric density covers, but not limited to 40 g/m2 to 220 g/m2.
- Tape widths, normally, from 1.50 mm to 5.00 mm.
- Wrap & Weft density from 20 to 75 tapes per 100 mm.
- As per buyer’s request, we may apply water-proof with extrusion coating, at desired density.
- Main fabric colours are normally White, Blue, Orange, Beige, or any other colours, requested.
It might be single or mixed colours.
- The buyer’s submitted logo/design (in any language) maybe be printed in maximum six colours on both sides.
- If required, lamination is possible by paper or BOPP.
- Any treatment such as UV, LDPE, etc. may be applied on the fabric. Any special order on mixture of the composing material may be produced.
- Rolls are normally wrapped in nylons.
Any required packing such as pallets may be provided.
