Descriptions:
Poly Propylene (PP) Cement Bag, made of virgin material, produced by high-tech Austrian Starlinger machines, specially designed for production of Cement Bags, at the following typical specifications for 50-kg bags:
- Dimensions; Length: 63 +/- 1.0 cm; Width 50 +/- 1.0 cm; Base Width: 10 +/-0.05 cm, with Top Valve of about 12-cm length, block bottom (these are our standard sizes that are currently produced; in case you must change the mentioned sizes please let us know in advance; then we have to apply some changes is some of production lines, at a slight price increase);
- Textile Density of 25×25 where water-proof lamination is applied with 27 grams/m2, perforated for air extractions during cement packing;
- Total weight of each squared meter of textile (55 grams), with water-proof lamination included (27 grams), is 82 +/- 5 grams/m2;
- Weight of each bag at above dimensions, lamination included, is 70 +/- 2 grams;
- Testing Procedures, with Cement Bag filled with 50 kg cement, at no damage or burst:
- Falling test on length x width view (larger bag dimensions) from 1.8 meters;
- Falling test on length x Base Width view (medium bag dimensions) from 1.0 meters;
- Falling test on width x Base Width view (small bag dimensions) from 0.8 meters.
- Noting that each test may be conducted 3 times, and the Buyer’s Representative may surveillance the tests, randomly carried out on any samples specified by him/her, at the factory prior to the loading.
Testing Procedures, described above, may be carried out on every truck load with an approximate quantity 250000 Nos. of PP cement bags. On successful completion of each shipment test, a Test Certificate will be issued, to be signed by the Buyer’s Representative and Parstone (PWBEGI) Representative. At “no show” cases, the goods will be treated as “QC Passed”.
Colour & Printing:
- The Buyer’s submitted logo/design (in any language) will be printed on one side of each bag, in maximum 6 colours; both sides.
- The bags may be supplied in white, orange or beige or any other colour, to be specified by the Buyer.
Packing:
- Every 11000-12000 bags are packed in standard package on a wooden pallet.
- Each truck/40-ft container will be loaded with an approximate quantity 250000 Nos. of cement bags.
- Please note that the minimum order quantity (with printing) is 250000 Nos.
Delivery:
- Taking into account our other current simultaneous orders, our minimum capacity is to deliver 5 million bags (loaded on trucks at the factory) within 30 days, from the date of receiving advanced payment or L/C in our account; partial shipment allowed.
- The goods will be loaded on trucks at the factory and will be delivered to the shipping/transportation company at Iran ports to the destinations.
